New Family Application Messaging Feature:
- Added a new feature that allows enrollment specialists to communicate with applicants throughout the enrollment process in a more streamlined way. Please click here to view instructions on how to use this new feature.
- Added a "Created Date" column to the Family Applications grid to help users easily see when an application was created
- Updated the "CPS/At-Risk" and "Dual Language Learner" columns on the Applications and Waitlist grid to only look to the enrolling students in an application so that staff who are sorting or filtering the grid for either of these two columns will be presented applicable data
- Added new columns to the AR Aging Report available in the Billing Statements record at the agency and site level for remaining balances in the 121-180 Day range, 181-365 Day range, and Over 365 Day range
- Updated the Admin Credit transaction to require users to select a site in order to save the credit record to ensure that fiscal reporting is accurate across the system
- Added inactive sites, sessions, and funding contracts to the filter lists on the Enrollment and Attendance Register (EAR/9400) report so that users can run the report for students with inactive sites, sessions, and/or contracts in their schedule
- Updated the schedule information card visible in the Student card of the Household record so that a student schedule's Site, Session, and Start/End Dates are easier to view
- Updated the logic on child licensing form "Identification and Emergency Information" (LIC 700) to pull in a parent's mobile phone number if no home phone number was given
- Fixed logic in Family Contracts to ensure they ignore inactive parents in a household
- Fixed the "Students" grid date columns to sort by date value when sorting columns by ascending or descending order
- Added a new column and filter titled "Enrollment Date" to the "Students" grid at the agency and site level that will display the date entered on the student's record in the field titled "Date the child was first served in the program" - if there is no date entered here, then Hubbe will display the date of the student's earliest start date according to schedule records
- Updated the "Majority" row of the Content, Format, and Activity sections in a CLASS record to be blue in order to stand out better in both the view and download of the CLASS record
- Made updates to our Parent Portal creation process to ensure duplicate accounts cannot be created for the same email
- Updated the Family Language Instrument survey to require staff to select "Yes" for the "Dual Language Learner" field if any language other than English is selected for Question 1, 3, or 4 in the survey
