CDE/CDSS Annual Updates for 2025-26

We're updating our system with the following annual updates for the 2025-26 fiscal year:

1. New CDE Family Fee Schedule for CSPP Programs
2. New CDE Income Ranking Table and Income Ceilings for CSPP Programs
3. New CDSS Family Fee Schedule for CCTR, CMIG, CAPP, C2AP, C3AP, and CMAP Programs
4. New CDSS Income Ranking Table and Income Ceilings for CCTR, CMIG, CAPP, C2AP, C3AP, and CMAP Programs

New Preschool CDS Code Used for State Reporting

We're updating the Preschool Language Information System (PLIS) and California Preschool Data Collection (CAPSDAC) reports to use the "Preschool CDS Code" field on the site record. Upon the release of this update, if a site in your system had a "LEA Provider CDS Code," but did not have a "LEA Provider Preschool CDS Code," then we auto-populated the LEA Provider CDS Code into the Preschool CDS Code field.

If you submit the PLIS or the CAPSDAC, please check this field on all sites at your agency to verify that your Preschool CDS Codes are correct.
