Easily create, organize, and track Material Grants for your program. Staff members working with families may create Material Good requests for the specific needs of the family. Material Good requests are easily reviewable in a single organized grid where Program Managers may approve the request, deny the request, or ask for more information. For a single family, it is simple to track the status of all allocated material goods for a single grant.
At the program level, it is easy to track and manage the budget of all grants. Compare Estimated Allocations with the Budget Allocations for each grant to ensure that your program is staying within budget. Individual Agencies may also create Material Grants for locally funded initiatives that can be managed easily within their program without needing approval from the larger county/consortia. We hope this updated feature serves your staff and families well!
