7/22/23 SIS Release Notes

Staff Record Enhancements:

• Added a new field on the "Degree" tab of the staff's education record entitled, "Is your degree in social work, human services, family services, counseling, or a related field?" with the ability to respond with Yes/No

Student Record Enhancements:

• Created a way to track dental treatment history for student's on their "Dental" record

Fiscal Enhancements:

• Updated the Household Monthly Income Calculator to use a family's 2022-2023 fee schedule to calculate a family's fee until the 2023-2024 fee schedule is released

Attendance Enhancements:

• Updated the annual and monthly ASES/ELOP Attendance Reports to pull months for the previous and current fiscal year, as well as the Attendance Cover Letter
• Updated the "Attendance - Monthly" record of a student record to display one card per schedule if a student has more than one schedule for the same session in the same month so that all enrollment details will display for the selected session/month

Attendance Report Enhancements:

• Updated the Enrollment and Attendance Register report to pull in family fees for each student in the selected month, including any discounts and/or CAPP Certificates applied to the students' fees

CACFP Enhancements:

• Ensured that the Meals and Snacks Detail report is honoring the sign in and out times entered by staff
• Parents will now be required to confirm if they do not have any income sources, and cannot approve until they have either confirmed no income or entered an income amount on their Meal Benefit Form
• Updated the Social Security Number field and button with clearer language in the Meal Benefit Form approval modal
• Updated the Meal benefit Form logic so that students with an inactive status will no longer be included in Section 1 "Child Information" (but will be included in Section 3 "All Other Households")
