Attendance & Messaging Enhancements:
When Hubbe Messaging is enabled, staff can now send messages directly to parents from the eSignature Attendance record in the "Unmarked" tab. To optimize convenience of this feature, staff can opt to send a message to one or more families using the student multi-select checkboxes. When sending the message, they will also have the option to add the message as a case note to the child's record, in addition to adding attachments. We hope this new tool will make the process of communicating with families who haven't signed in their child, and documenting this communication, much easier.
Family Menu Adjustments:
- Updated the household's Family Menu to include one menu option titled "Enrollment" that has a sub-menu including the existing records "Subsidized Certification" and "Family Contracts" - Click here for screenshot of update
- Re-named the "Family Contracts" record in a household to "Private Pay" which is now located in the sub-menu for "Enrollment" in the Family menu - Click here for screenshot of update
Fiscal Enhancements:
- Updated the Fee Plan record to fix duplicated line items
- Updated PayPal functionality to optimize the parent experience using PayPal to pay fees (if enabled by their agency)
- Updated the allocations feature to auto-allocate payments by default
CACFP Enhancements:
- Added the 23-24 Reimbursement Rates for Meals and Snacks Reports
DRDP Enhancements:
- Updated the "DRDP Online - All Instrument Child and/or Ratings" upload available in the Reporting area in accordance with DRDP Online's changes, including the addition of the following columns: Class Enrollment, Ethnicity Other, Program Name, Subsidized Tuition, Reduced Lunch, and SELPA - as well as the removal of many columns
- Fixed issues with Site and Session staff viewing and creating DRDPs for all students enrolled in their program
Fixes & Adjustments:
- Updated two questions on the "Child's Preadmission Health History (LIC 702)" Form to be required for parents only, not staff
- Updated whitelisting permissions so that staff who are not whitelisted cannot edit that is blocked from their view, such as children's general and demographic information
- Updates made to ensure the Child Case Note feature is working seamlessly with emails
