8/19/23 SIS Release Notes

801A Report Enhancements:

• [Released Monday, 8/14] Updated the 801A report to include inactive families and children, as long as the child was scheduled and attended during the report period
• [Released Monday, 8/14] Updated the 801A report to have the "Child Receives Part-Time Care?" column to look at enrollment hours on each day to determine the value (Y/N)
• [Released Monday, 8/14] Updated school-age students to be reported with "0" in the "QRIS Participating" column by default in the 801A report, meaning any student 5 years or older with a CCTR or CMIG funding contract

2023-2024 CDE New Income Ceilings:

• [Released Monday, 8/14] Created new income ceilings and a new income ranking chart for CDE Programs (CSPP)

Family Application Enhancements:

• Fixed validation for the student health fields pertaining to whether the child receives treatment for the medical condition to ensure that staff can edit students successfully in the application
• Increased the note length permittable in the family application's student health fields

Fiscal Enhancements:

• Fixed an issue with the Projected Billing to ensure the report successfully generates when there are transaction items that are not associated with a schedule

ASES Enhancements:

• Further work done to improve the reporting accuracy of ASES students on the Monthly Cover Letter

Fixes & Adjustments:

• Removed validation that blocked users from being able to delete a signed Family Contract, enabling users to delete the contract at any time
• Updated the Drop/Transfer Reason customization record to remove validation that prevents users from entering the same reason for "Transfer" and "Drop"
• Updated the "Emergency Card Download with Medical Consent" available in the "Students" tab on the session record to pull in the student's most recent medical consent form, if there is more than one for the student
• Updated the Student Roster download to be alphabetized by last name, and replaced the "Schedule Days" column with a new column titled "Funding Contract" that will display the contract name assigned to the student's schedule
• Updated the CCL 9040 roster download to be alphabetized by last name
• [Released Monday, 8/14] Fixed an issue with the "Medical Home" record within a student record to ensure staff can edit and save this information successfully
