Aeries API Enhancements:

• Changes to the Hubbe-Aeries API integration: ability to specify Aeries school codes by Hubbe site; syncing of students based on Hubbe schedules; improved syncing of Aeries contacts by using the contact SequenceNumber value

Family Application Enhancements:

• If there is only one parent on a family application, Hubbe will automatically mark that parent as a single parent when the application goes through the intake process
• In response to client requests, we have given users the ability to update the program year of an application that has gone through intake

Subsidized Certification Enhancements:

• On the Subsidized Certification Record on the household, the fees displayed in the informational card will now reflect the fees from the most recently created NOA, regardless of the status of the NOA (fees did not previously account for "Draft" NOAs)
• Fixed "Access Denied" error so that Intake and Eligibility Coordinators now have access to the "Create NOA" modal when changing schedule hours or transferring a student
• After a NOA has the status “Complete”, it will now change statuses to “Sent to Parent” or “Reviewed By Parent” if it is sent to the portal for parents to mark as reviewed

CACFP and Meals & Snacks Enhancements:

• Updated Meal Benefit Forms with newer format under CDSS and fixed Meals and Snacks Report with Reimbursement Rates
• Added columns for "overall" and "by site/session" counts of children enrolled under each eligibility classification in the Meals and Snacks Report with Reimbursement Rates

Attendance Enhancements:

• Updated the "Report Absences" button to show the absence counts for the current fiscal year
• Worked to ensure the Enrollment Attendance Register is correctly reporting the code "E" for the first day of enrollment
• Created a new sign in/out PDF template for AP-Funded students that has all signature and initial columns removed from the template

Fixes & Adjustments:

• The Agency Data and Reporting Contact role now has permission to access the 801A and 801B Reports
• Inactive parents will no longer show up in the Parent Portal for other parents
• Fixed the “Add Existing Child Button” on the Parent record's "Children Enrolled" tab so users can add existing children to a family from this record
• The family size warning message on the household Income record will not be displayed if there are any children marked as a Foster Child
