9/9/2023 SIS Release Notes

General Enhancements:

• Added a "Status" column to both the Student and Parent Duplicate grids to allow staff to view Inactive / Active statuses of these records
• Added a new filter to the "Parents without Accounts" tab on the Parent Portal Accounts record, labeled "Has Email Address" so that users can filter for all parents with an email address, select all in the grid, and create portal accounts
• Added the time stamps of when a schedule record is created and last updated on the student's "Schedule" grid

Finance Enhancements:

• Updated the previous "Manage Payments" menu item to be titled "Manage Unpaid Fees" - Moved the "Payments" tab on this page to its own menu item available at the agency, site, and family levels
• Created a new "Manage Unpaid Fees" management grid that will list all fees with an outstanding balance in the "Unpaid Fees" tab, and all fees that have been paid in the "Paid Fees" tab - filters, column selection, and an Excel download will be available with these new management grids that will now be "fee-centric" rather than "statement-centric"
• The new "Payments Report" record will list all the payment records for the selected filters and will be where users can download the receipts for payments, with various filters available, column selection, and an Excel download

Enrollment Dashboard Enhancements:

• Added enrollment counts by funding contract to the "Enrollment Counts by Session" grid on the Enrollment Dashboard record, which users can access by selecting the desired funding contract columns in the "Columns" selection tool
• Fixed the "Over enrolled" badge to ensure that it only appears for days where the session is over-enrolled based on session capacity

Attendance Enhancements:

• Updated how users are able to edit eSignature History for a student's daily attendance by allowing users to edit all of the student's attendance for the day at the same time so that users can set all desired sign-ins/outs and then save
• Updated the eSignature Attendance monthly download on the "Sign In Sheets" record so that staff can select individual students or all students in the session and download the selected sheets without errors
• Fixed a Hubbe Attendance App issue where staff were duplicated in the "Manage Staff Pins" if they had multiple lease tokens tied to their account

Family Application Enhancements:

• Added custom questions feature to the Simple Application, so that users can now add custom questions for the "Regular Application" or the "Simple Application" or both in the Family Application Configuration area
• Added a new field to the Simple Application for child accommodations, defaulted to "Mandatory" that can be adjusted in the Family Application Configuration area - the new field will include questions about the child's IEP, 504 Plan, or other accommodations needed
• Added a new field to the Simple Application for child language spoken in the home, defaulted to "Mandatory" that can be adjusted in the Family Application Configuration area
• Fixed the Simple Application to ensure all fields that are not included in the simple application are not overridden by the intake of the simple application to an existing household
• Updated the validation messages in the family application portal to ensure that parents can see the missing information messages within the tab that field can be found in the application
