9/16/2023 SIS Release Notes

Modified on Fri, Sep 15, 2023 at 5:20 PM

Fiscal Enhancements:

  • Updated the Subsidized Family Fees report to be a single row per family, include a row for "totals", and fix the issue where FT and PT rates were added together if no months were selected on the NOA
  • Updated the Credit Adjustment's ledger details selections to show all sites, sessions, agency programs, and funding contracts in the agency if the student has no schedules

Attendance Enhancements:

  • Updated the EAR report to assign 3/4 year old split designations for Head Start-funded students
  • Updated the ASES / ELOP Monthly Attendance Report with additional data, including columns for Early/Late Release 1-8 reason totals that sum up the number of Early Releases or Late Arrivals a child has had in a month by reason
  • Moved serval attendance-related agency preferences from the "General Agency Preferences" tab to the "Attendance & Health Checks" tab in Agency Preferences
  • Fixed the "Allow staff to edit eSignature Attendance History" preference to grant/take away editing accessing for Site Admins, Session Admins, and Attendance Managers, and re-titled the setting to "Allow Site Admins, Session Admins, and Attendance Managers to edit signature history"

ASQ Enhancements:

  • We added a new "Configure ASQ" tool at the top of each agency-level ASQ grid. Within this configure modal, staff can create custom ASQ Tags with corresponding Tag Lists, as well as adjust the frequency by which due dates are calculated for age groups of children and identify which students have upcoming or overdue ASQs. This new feature allows agencies to create tags for different program requirements for the ASQ.  As an example, a Head Start program may have the ASQ Required "At Entry" and then "Annually" after that.  Whereas another program may require the ASQ to be done "Every Six Months."  This new feature provides a way for the agency to set up all the necessary tags so that each ASQ that is done can be tagged accordingly.

  • Updated the ASQ-3 Progress and ASQ:SE-2 Progress features to our new data grids from the accordion-style rollups at the Agency, Site, and Session levels

  • Added the ability to create an ASQ without a score to indicate that the screening has been completed for a child - if users create an ASQ without a score, they would simply add a "Date Completed" and a tag if one has been setup in their agency's configuration area

Fixes & Adjustments:

  • Fixed the "Session" filter dropdown on the "Enrollment Counts by Day" tab
