IMPORTANT - New 2023-24 Family Fee Schedules:

Fiscal Enhancements:

• Updated the Subsidized Family Fees Report to look across a family's NOA history for each billing period in the report year selected, which will assist with staff obtaining accurate fees assessed for a family's current services, as well as fees assessed for past months

CACFP Enhancements:

• Updated CACFP Eligibility classifications to have start and end dates by Month/Year that staff can set on a family's CACFP record, or with a Meal Benefit Form

9600 Enhancements:

• New styling added to inactive students on the 9600 enrollment screens to remove unnecessary validation warnings and errors if data was missing - inactive students in the "Children Needing Enrollment" card will be treated like "Non-Participating Children"

Family Application Enhancements:

• Updated the Child Addition Application start path for parents in the parent portal, giving parents the option to select "Create New" or "Add Existing"

Attendance Enhancements:

• Updated the AP-Only Monthly Sign-In & Out PDF Template with formatting adjustments as well as schedule day logic checks

Messaging Enhancements:

• Added a "Student Schedule Status" filter to the Agency, Site, and Session level Messages grid to help staff filter to student schedules by Active, Enrolled, or Inactive status

Fixes & Adjustments:

• Updated Referrals to ensure all fields save new edits
• Updated the Household Income record so that the Family Size warning considers the active state of a Parent or Student record
• Added new fields and revised labels on the "Dental Exam" and "Dental Services" records
