General Enhancements:

  • Updated the Staff Record Education View so that roles with permission to this record can view the Degree and Coursework summaries

Attendance Enhancements:

  • Ensured the Annual Attendance and Attendance Cover Letter Reports for Expanded Learning Attendance are calculating attendance totals correctly on all downloads
  • Ensured that "UN" days count for both attendance and enrollment on the EAR report
  • Work was done to the 8501 and 9500 reports to ensure Days of Operation were being counted correctly across multiple Funding Contract types

CACFP Enhancements:

  • Fixed certain issues with the eligibility classification automatically determined by Hubbe to ensure that the family is classified in the correct eligibility according to their family size, income, and income frequency

Student Enhancements:

We have updated the homelessness and foster care fields on the student record, giving them their own cards with additional fields. We hope these updates serve you well!

  • Updated the homelessness field on the student record, located in its own "Homelessness" card within the student's Special Needs record. Homelessness is now treated as records tied to the student, so that they can be factored into reporting accurately. With the addition of new fields, these records now track when the family became homeless, their Living Situation, Notes, and the Date Housing was Acquired. The family application will also create a homelessness record for applying children if the application includes the "Student Housing Questionnaire" and the parent selects one of the four living conditions classifying homelessness, so long as the student doesn't already have an active record of homelessness with the same living condition selected in their student record.
  • Updated the foster care field on the student record, located in its own "Foster Care" card within the student's Special Needs record. Foster Care is now treated as records tied to the student, so that they can be factored into reporting accurately. With the addition of new fields, the foster care records now track the Start Date of the child's foster care, the End Date of foster care, whether it was through an Agency Referral, and Notes. The child's foster care status will be auto-populated in a re-application for the family, if the "Foster Child" field is included in the application. The family application will also create a foster care record for any student considered foster in the application, so long as the student doesn't already have an active record of foster care in their student record.

Parent Enhancements:

  • Updated the parent record to combine education, employment, and training into one record titled "Parent Employment, Education, & Training" in the Parent Menu
  • Updated the tab previously titled "Parent Employment/School" on the Subsidized Certification record to now be titled "Parent Schedule." The education, employment, or training records created for each individual parent in their parent record will appear in the Subsidized Certification record, and will populate the "Parent Employment/Training Information" card on the "Prepare Family Record for ELCD-9600" record.
  • Updated the "Need for Service" with "Working" or "Education or Training" selected so that the family application will create a new parent schedule record upon intake of the application. This update aims to centralize and simplify the parent schedule to ensure records for employment, education, or training created in the family application, the parent record, the Subsidized Certification record, or the "Prepare Family Record for ELCD-9600" record will all add to the parent's single "Parent Schedule" grid. We hope this update serves you well!
