General Enhancements:

• Updated the "Parent-Teacher Conference" download to use the Agency's logo if one is provided
• Ensured that the "Session" import updates staff roles correctly
• Allow Session Admin to access Parent Teacher Conference records for all active or future enrolled students in their Session
• Updated role permissions for the Agency Viewer to have view-only access to the following records: PLIS Report, Child Referrals, Parent Referrals

Fiscal Enhancements:

• Fulfilled a client request to add more "Due On" dropdown options for every day of the month in Family Fees
• Fixed an issue with the 'Send Reminder Email' button on the Manage Unpaid Fees record at the agency, site, and family levels

Attendance Enhancements:

• Fulfilled a client request to leave students on the parent sign-in page unchecked by default

Scheduling Enhancements:

• Fulfilled a client request to add a "Fee Rate" column to the "All Schedules" grid, giving users the ability to view schedules that lack a fee rate as well as sort schedules without fees

Student Enhancements:

• Add a new field to the IEP/IFSP record titled "Description of Services" where users can enter the description of service if the "Is the child receiving specialized services" is set to "Yes" for that record

Family Application Enhancements:

• Added a new field to the student portion of the family application where parents can direct staff on what action should be taken if the physician cannot be reached in a medical situation, which will be transferred over to the student's record upon intake of the application
• Made improvements to the loading speeds of the Applications and Waitlist grid

CACFP Enhancements:

• Fixed a system issue so that the "CACFP Eligibility" column of the CACFP Monthly Roster Excel download now correctly displays values

9600 Fixes:

• Fixed an issue with the creation of the ELCD-9600 form to ensure staff can create the form without a need or parent employment/education record entered for Part-Day CSPP or CHAN schedules
• Fixed an issue with the creation of the ELCD-9600 form to ensure staff can create the form without a parent employment/education record when the Need is something other than "Working" or "Training or Education"
