11/11/2023 SIS Release Notes

General Enhancements:

• Adjusted the "Session" filter on the various tabs of the Parent Portal Accounts grid so that it properly only filters parents with students scheduled for those sessions

Attendance Enhancements:

• Updated the EAR to include UN days (Unscheduled days) for all programs, not just CSPP programs - UN days count toward student enrollment and attendance
• Implemented some minor optimizations to speed up the attendance portal login process for parents

Certification Enhancements:

• Updated the NOA to ensure the Appeal Date is only ever displayed within the card selected for the NOA, being either the "1.A. Application for Services" or the "1.B. Recipient of Services" card
• Updated the NOA to include the two new eligibility options in the "5. Basis for Family Edibility for Services" card, including CSPP Only - Qualified FRPM Resident, and Means-Tested Government Program
• Added the "Assign to Checklist" button that is currently on the "Family Documents" tab in the Subsidized Certification area to the main family record's "Family Documents" tab

Home Visit Log Enhancements:

• Added a Lesson Plan section to the Home Visit Log to allow staff in Home Visiting programs to add information such as parent-child interaction activity goals, key points to review, follow-up activities, reminders, and more as they prepare for a visit
• Added signature fields to the bottom of the Home Visit log for parents and staff

Fixes & Adjustments:

• Optimized the Session Admin Home Page
