General Enhancements:

• Added five (5) new languages to the system translation drop-down for staff and parents: Hindi, Persian, Portuguese, Punjabi, and Urdu

PIR Enhancements:

• Added two (2) fields on the staff record under the "Head Start" tab: 'Head Start Family Service Specialist" and "Early Head Start Family Service Specialist." These two fields have also been added as columns to the "Staff" Import/Export Excel document. Staff will be counted in PIR section B10 for the Early Head Start or Head Start PIR if these fields are marked as "Yes" on the staff record. 

Attendance Enhancements:

• Added an "Unscheduled Day" option to the "Absence Type" drop-down in the Manage Absences grid
• Added an "Unscheduled Day" option to the "Absence Type" drop-down in the "Customize Absence Reasons" modal under Attendance & Health Checks Preferences
• Optimized the speed of the staff "Manage Absence" modal
• Optimized the speed of the "Monthly Signatures" modal in the Parent eSignature Portal

DRDP Enhancements:

• Fixed the "School Age" DRDP Summary Report download to ensure it displays all developmental levels rated in the report
• Upgraded our DRDP observation tool so that media uploads are quicker and more visible with thumbnail displays

Fiscal Enhancements:

• Updated PayPal payments integration to match the newest version and fix any recently reported issues from clients using this integration

Exceptional Needs Tracking Enhancements:

• We've created a new "IEPs & IFSPs" grid under the Agency Menu's Students menu item. This new grid provides an agency-level roll-up of all students with an IEP or IFSP record in the system. Staff can download an Excel report from the grid as well as filter the grid to locate data about specific students. We hope this new grid serves you well!
