General Enhancements:

• Updated the logic of the HIB vaccine for students to allow the vaccine to be administered four (4) or fewer days prior to the minimum required age
• Created a new report titled "Enrollment Counts by Grade Level" (available at the agency level Enrollment Dashboard record) that will allow users to generate and pull reports of grade level breakdown summaries for grades TK through Grade 8 at any given time using the "Date" filter
• Moved the "Average Daily Attendance" report from the Enrollment Dashboard record to the Additional Attendance Reports record, available at the agency and site levels
• Added a new "Back to Login" link on the Forgot Password page for staff

Attendance Enhancements:

• Updated the ASES/ELOP Monthly Attendance Cover Letter Report Download to be landscape rather than portrait

Subsidized Certification Enhancements:

• Ensured that the ELCD-9600 wizard correctly waives the requirement for Parent Employment/Training Information for parents who don't have a need listed for "Working" or "Education or Training"

Inventory Enhancements:

• Updates were made to enhance our Inventory feature. Added a new "Sign that this inventory was received" field with a signature pad, as well as a new PDF download. The grid on the "Inventory" tab was also enhanced to support multi-select downloads, and optimized columns/button organization. 

ERS & CLASS Enhancements:

• Added "Session Full Name" to the CLASS record and downloads for sessions with full names listed

Family Application Enhancements:

• Updated validation messages related to the "Need for Service" when "Working" or "Education or Training" is selected to require parents and/or staff to enter an Employer or School name before submission or intake
• Fixed execution timeout error with the multi-select intake option on the Applications and Waitlist grid

Fiscal Enhancements:

• Fixed an issue with the 'Send Reminder Email' button on the Manage Unpaid Fees record to ensure that only the parents selected in the grid are included in the email recipients field
