General Enhancements:
- Hubbe Speed Improvements and Optimization.
- Added a new setting to enable or disable the automatic request for monthly parent signatures on sign-in sheets.
- Added 30 Days Follow-Up columns on both Child and Parent referrals grids. Added filters for Region, Created By, 30 Days Follow-Up, Referral Closed Date, Created By, and Site Name.
- The roles Agency ASQ and Referral Contact and Agency Data Reporting Contact now have full CRUD access to parent surveys.
- New 2024 Head Start Poverty Guidelines added to the system in the Family Application, Waitlist, and Enrollment spaces.
- Updated the process to link family applications to family records already in Hubbe to make it easier to avoid accidentally creating duplicate family records.
Billing & Payments Enhancements:
- When running billing the process can be started and the user no longer is required to stay on the page or even logged into Hubbe. The process will automatically update and the user will be made aware with a Progress Bar and the name of the current billing being run.
- Added a column for “Billing Period” on the family’s Ledger grid.
Health Enhancements:
- Combined Dental Exam and Dental Treatment into a single Dental Service record. Added an Agency, Site, and Session level dental service management grid.
- Added Medical Home menu item and fields to the parent record.
- Added two new allergy fields on the student record, family application, and simple application: Environmental Allergy and Other Allergy. Added some tooltips for allergy medications to make it more clear to add medication instructions. Added new field for medications for the reason medication isn’t administered in school also on the student record, family application, and simple application.
- All new screens for various health screens. Blood Pressure, Blood Anemia, Wellness Checks, and Health Screenings.
- Updated BMI to allow for calculation based on lbs and in. Optimized BMI records and screens on the individual student record, and enhanced the BMI management grid at the Agency, Site, and Session level.
CA State Reporting Enhancements:
- [Released on 1/15/2024] 801A updated to include families/students in the report if that student is scheduled at any time during the report month to capture families/students based on enrollment rather than attendance (previously based on whether that student had attendance taken during the report month).
- [Released on 1/15/2024] Two (2) new reason codes were added to the "Eligibility and Need" tab on the family record and to the 801A report: U - CSPP Early Enrollment, V - Means-Tested Government Program.
- On the 801A the “Child Receives Part-Day Care” column has been updated. The column title and the values allowed in the report will be different starting with the January 2024 report. This updated column only applies to 801A data on or after January 2024. The new column will be labeled Services Type and Length and the allowed values will be (Note: For values C & D, there will be a new "Subcontract" checkbox on the Funding Contract record. You must check that box on any Subcontracts you manage for children enrolled under that subcontract to be reported under the C or D code):
- A: Direct Services Full-Day
- B: Direct Services Part-Day
- C: Subcontracted Services Full-Day
- D: Subcontracted Services Part-Day
Parent-Teacher Conference Enhancements:
- Added the ability to send Parent Teacher Conference records to parents to sign in their Parent Portal. Additionally added staff signatures.
New Health and Social Services Form:
- Added Health and Social Services Form to the student. The form can be sent to the parent portal to be signed. In addition to this new form, the tab for "Licensing Forms" on the child has been changed to say "State Forms" and a new card has been added to the 9600/Certification Wizard screen to allow users to more easily create and send these forms during enrollment.
Fixes and Adjustments:
- Fixed a bug on the Site and Session level Physician's Report and Health Alerts grid so that the IEP/IFSP data is correctly displayed.
- Fixed a bug for intaking applications related to the Student Housing Questionnaire.
- Fixed an issue with the 9600/Certification wizard where the Need and Employment/School cards were greyed out.
