Enrollment Enhancements

  • We've created a new Staff-Only field on the Family Application to allow staff to select the "Session for Enrollment" for each child in the application. The drop-down list will only contain sessions that the site locations that the applicant chose as their preference. Once a staff person selects the Session for enrollment, that child will be listed in a new Waitlisted Students column on the "Sessions/Classrooms" grid. Staff can click on this count to open a modal showing all applicants with that session selected.


  • Updated the Enrollment Counts by Hour report in the Enrollment Dashboard to include the "Site Name" in parenthesis after the "Session Name" in the drop-down selector, as well as a drop-down search option
  • Updated the "Customize Program Applications" settings to ensure that applications with only the "Simple Application" type selected are not shown in the "Regular Application" portal for parents


Student Health Enhancements

  • Added two new health cards for "Hearing Problems" and "Vision Problems" on the "Physician's Report and Immunizations" menu item of the Student record, and on the Student record of the Family Application


Attendance Enhancements

  • Created a new Child PIN code designed for ASES programs where parental consent is given to middle-school-aged children to sign themselves out for the day. The new Child PIN code can be entered on the Student record under the School Age Program Information tab. The Child PIN can be used in the normal eSignature Attendance portal and the Hubbe Attendance App.


  • Updated the "Sign-In Sheets for Voucher Based Programs PDF" download to allow staff to download this version for students under any funding contract type, including CCTR and CSPP funding contracts
  • Added an Agency Preference in the "Attendance and Health Checks" tab to automatically process absences reported by staff or parents


CACFP Enhancements

  • Added new "Start Month" and "Start Year" fields to the Sign and Certify modal of the Meal Benefit Form to allow staff to choose the start date of a family's Eligibility Certification - the Daily Meal Count Record, Monthly Roster, Report with Reimbursement Rates, and Attendance Meals and Snacks Detail reports have all been updated to use these new dates as well


Fixes & Adjustments

  • Updated the "Parent-Teacher Conference" download to match the "Parent Summary" download on the DRDP Assessment record so that the formatting is consistent across both download options
  • Fixed an issue with the Family Contract "Approve" modal to correctly pull in "Pending Schedule" details on the email sent to parents if staff are using the option to create the schedule after they have signed the Contract
