System Login Enhancements 

• Updated the staff login page with a new "Hubbe Staff Login" label above the username and password fields
• Added a "Click here to access the Parent Portal" link at the bottom of the staff login page - a tile for each agency will be shown to users who click this link if that agency has their Parent Portal account set up

Parent Survey Enhancements

• Added the ability for parents to sign surveys sent to them through their parent portal. A survey that has been signed by a parent cannot be anonymous and will be saved on the Parent Record under the "Surveys" menu item. The signature option provides another way for agencies to create custom forms that parents can sign through the Parent Survey feature.

Inclusion & IEP/IFSP Enhancements

• Updated the IEP & IFSP records to allow staff to enter 1-to-many services that a child might be receiving as part of their IEP or IFSP - simply click "Add" under the first service information entered for an IEP to enter additional services under that plan or program
• Added IEP/IFSP documentation to the Alerts card at the top of the Student record so that staff can quickly see if a child has an IEP or IFSP, know their primary disabilities, and know the services that the child is receiving

DRDP & Parent-Teacher Conference Enhancements

• Updated the School Age DRDP tool to exclude School Age students with less than 10 weekly schedule hours from the Observations and Ratings tool so that these students don't count towards a session's progress towards completion for a rating period
• Added "Rich Text" editing for additional formatting options on the Parent-Teacher Conference Note record

Session Admin Mobile View Enhancements

• Updated the new "Students" page for Session Admins to include a "New Enrollments" section where teachers can see children who are enrolled in their class but haven't yet started so that they can prepare for that child's first day

Attendance Enhancements

• Updated the Expanded Learning Attendance Reports > ASES/ELOP Monthly Attendance report with the following changes:
  • Added the early release or late arrival reason code on each day of the month if parents have provided one
  • Added Funding Contract, Monthly Enrollment, and YTD Enrollment as columns in the report
• Update the Expanded Learning Attendance Reports > Annual Attendance report with the following changes:
  • Added Funding Contract and Total Enrollment days as columns in the report

Fixes and Adjustments

• Fixed an issue with downloaded Sign-In Sheets where staff signatures wouldn't show on the download if a parent's signature was missing
• Added a "Configure Applications" preference to show/hide the "Unique Identifier" staff-only field on the Family Application
