CPARIS/CDPR Reporting Enhancements
- Updated the Session Record with a new field labeled "Mental Health Consultation Services Offered." Students scheduled to a Session with this new field marked as "Yes" will be reported in the 8501/9500 MHCS reports. Additionally, the Enrollment and Attendance Register (EAR) will have an "MHCS" tag under the Session information to signify that enrollment and attendance for that session will be reported in the MHCS reports.
Enrollment Enhancements
- Updated the Family Application "Intake" modal with a new "Next Steps for Enrollment" drop-down that staff can use to navigate to the correct enrollment screen for the family they're working with
- Note: If you operate a CSPP/CCTR/CMIG program and you previously selected "I would like to certify this family upon intaking their application," you will now select the first option to "Enroll in State-Subsidized Program (CDE/CDSS)"
- Updated the Enrollment Counts by Session Report to include a Report Month filter and 5 new columns for New Enrollments, Drops, Drop Details, Transfers, and Transfer Details during that month
Family Contract Enhancements
- Updated the Agency Family Contract Grid to include the following new columns: Parent A Name, Parent A Email Address, Parent B Name, Parent B Email Address, Site Name, Session Name, Year
- Created a new "Archived" tab on the agency-level Family Contracts Management grid and the Family-Level Family Contracts grid
- Optimized the Family Contract Management grid speed and loading time
- Updated the "Create Family Contract" modal to allow users to enter the same start and end date for a contract as a "Drop-In" type of schedule
Income History Enhancements
- Updated to Income Calculator Worksheet to include the Notes field even if the family's income amount is more than $0 - added the "Notes" to the Income Declaration and Worksheet downloads
- Updated the "Email Content" that parents receive when an Income Declaration is sent to their Parent Portal
Permission Enhancements
- Reorganized and Added New Menu Items and Permission for the FCCH Admin including:
- Intake and Eligibility
- Applications and Waitlist
- Enrollment Dashboard
- Family Engagement (Currently "Parent Engagement" on the Agency Menu - change to Family Engagement for all)
- Family Language and Interest Interview
- Messages
- Parent Surveys
- Parent Education (Currently listed under "Families and Parents" - move to "Family Engagement")
- Customize Family Service Records
- Family Service Activities
- Families and Parents (Already exists, but add the following sub-menu items)
- Parent Portal Accounts

- Intake and Eligibility
- Added Health Menu Items to Intake and Eligibility Coordinator Role
Fixes and Adjustments
- Updated the following grids to use the child's enrollment date in their program rather than their Active schedule start date:
- Updated the Physicians' Report & Health Alerts grid column labeled "First Day of Active Schedule"
- Updated the Session Record's "Students" tab columns labeled "Entry Date" and "Drop Date"
- Corrected the "Age in September" Date on the Students grid, Student Schedules header, and Schedule by Student grid
