Family Application Enhancements

  • Created a new Switch Account tool on the Applications and Waitlist grid to allow staff to change the parent portal account tied to an application. The switch account tool allows users to change the parent portal account for an application to another account existing within the same family record. Users can only use the switch account tool for re-applications, child additions, and linked applications.

Active/Inactive Enhancements

  • Updated the Student "Inactive" status to allow users to enter a drop-date in the future to allow for appeals after termination of services
  • Updated the "Inactive" status update for families and children to allow users to delete future schedules that were created for a child who is being inactivated - the deletion of these future schedules will prevent inactive students from remaining enrolled and receiving attendance, billing items, etc.

Family Contract Enhancements

  • Updated the Family Contract to allow for staff to update the email sent to parents requesting their signature. Staff can now set a template email in the Agency Programs > Family Contract Templates space, and update the email that goes out to each family while sending the contract.

Fixes and Adjustments

  • Adjusted Intake and Eligibility Coordinator permissions, giving this role access to the "Assign Existing Children" button in the "Children Enrolled" tab of the family record
  • Fixed the Family Application Download so that it displays the 'City' in the parent's address instead of the 'County'
  • Fixed an issue with the Student Household Schedule (Basic) export where the export was pulling student schedules that had ended - the export will now populate with a row for each active schedule that a student has
  • Fixed an issue with the Parent and Student export
