IEP/IFSP Enhancements

• Added One-to-Many Service Options for IEP/IFSP Record
• Added the Following New Questions to the IEP/IFSP Record:
  • Did the child meet their goals under this IEP/IFSP?
  • Did that result in the child no longer being eligible for an IEP/IFSP?
  • Date Child Became Ineligible

CLASS Assessment Enhancements

• Added a "Room Number" column to the CLASS Assessment Grids to Display the Room Number of the Session Where the Assessment Took Place

New Emergency Contact and Authorized Pickup Grids

• Added Two (2) New Tabs to the Old "Parent Portal Accounts" Grid for "Contacts" and "Authorized Pickups" at the Agency and Site Level - Allows Users to See All Contacts and Pickups for Families at Their Agency/Site and Batch-Generate PIN Codes for These Contacts
• Renamed the "Parent Portal Accounts" Feature as Account and PIN Management Since the Feature Now Includes Grids for Emergency Contacts and Authorized Pickups

Attendance Enhancements

• Updated eSignature Monthly Timesheets to Exclude Signature Lines if the Agency Preference to "Request Parent Signatures on Monthly Attendance Records" is Set to No
• Updated the 8501 and 9500 Reports to Ensure "Inactive" Student Enrollment and Attendance Data is Included

Meal Benefit Form Enhancements

• Added an "Attachment" space on the "Create Meal Benefit Form" modal for individual families. 
• Updated the "Send email with instructions to login and sign the form?" checkbox in the "Create Meal Benefit Form" modal. 
• Updated the "Name of Child Care Center" field and the "Agency Contact Phone Number" field In the "Create Meal Benefit Form" Modal to Automatically Populate Based on Student Schedule Data
• Updated the "Agency Contact Phone Number" field to say "Phone Number"

Fixes and Adjustments

• Fixed an Issue on the CAPSDAC Report Where Languages Were Being Duplicated
• Updated American Sign Language to Report with Code "ASE"
• Fixed an Edge Case with the Enrollment and Attendance Register Where Unscheduled Days Were Being Counted as Non-Contracted Days
• Fixed an Issue with the Family Application Where "Mother" Was Selected by Default for the "Relationship to Child" Question - the Field Now Defaults as Blank
• Updated the Teacher Present Question on the Parent-Teacher Conference Note to Automatically Select the Logged In User in the Drop-Down 
• Made Slight Adjustments to the 8501 and 9500 MHCS adjustment factors 
• Removed the System Translation on Site Names on the Staff Side of the Family Application 
• Updated the "CSPP Summary Monthly Attendance Report" to Pull Attendance Data from the Correct Fiscal Year Based on the Selected Month for the Report
• Fixed Family Fee Months Not Populating in the NOA and Application for Services "Create" Modal 
• Updated the "Intake Application" Code to Ensure That Exceptional Needs (CSPP Only) Populates as "Yes" if a Child in the Application has an IEP or IFSP Marked as "Yes" 
• Updated the Student and Parent Gender Options to Match the Selections on the Parent/Student Records in the System
• Added Red Asterisks to the Family Application for Required Fields Set by the Agency
