New All Staff Education and Professional Development Management

We've created two new management features that now allow you to track education and professional development across all staff at your agency. The two new grids are detailed below:

• Staff Education: The new Staff Education management tool allows you to track Degrees, Permits, Credentials, Certificates, and Coursework across all staff at your agency. Within these grids, you can track dates of completion for degrees and permits, expiration dates for credentials and certificates, and approve any "Pending" records that staff have added to their own profile. Note: Staff can add education history to their own staff record; however, all records will be created a "Pending" by default. Only Agency Admins can approve these records by updating the Status of that record.

• Staff Professional Development: The new Staff Professional Development management tool allows you to track Workshops, Community of Practice/Professional Learning Community, and Web-Based Learning events. Like Education records, staff can add Professional Development to their own profile as "Pending" records.  Agency Admins are the only roles that can approve these records.

Meal Benefit Form Enhancements

• Added a "Program Year" selection to the "Create Meal Benefit Form" modal

• Updated the Meal Benefit Form Management grid at the Agency level to ensure a family only shows once per year
• Added "Previous" and "Next" buttons to the Meal Counts feature to 

State Reporting Enhancements

• Updated the Enrollment and Attendance Report to include Two Year Olds in the Toddler group designation for CSPP programs to align with CDE temporary guidance
• Updated the Enrollment and Attendance Register to show the comma-separated codes for E (First day of enrollment), T (Transfer), and L (Last day of enrollment) to show the attendance status for the student on those days
  
• Updated the 8501 Report with a new "Two Year Olds" section with the same adjustment factor codes as Three Year Olds
• Added fields to the Staff Education "Degree" record to accommodate CAPSDAC requirements - added Fifth Year Completed within BA, Fifth Year Induction within BA, and Bachelor Plus 30

Fixes and Adjustments

• Added filters for "Agency Program" and "Funding Type" to the Immunization Grid
  
• Fixed an issue where the eSignature Edit feature wasn't updating correctly
• Updated the Staff grid column order to better organize related columns
• Fixed an issue with the Income Ceilings on the Family Application program descriptions and income reporting form
