Student & Parent Record Enhancements

• Updated the "At Risk" fields within a student record to a single "At Risk of Abuse, Neglect, or Exploitation" field with a notes field to detail the child's at-risk designation, removing the "At Risk During the Year" field - if data was entered for the "At Risk During the Year field before the update, all information was migrated to the new "At Risk of Abuse, Neglect, or Exploitation" field to ensure no data was lost
• Agencies can now document a parent's access to health care through a medical home in further detail for pregnant women enrolled in Early Head Start programs. Users can now create multiple records for a parent to document when a parent started and stopped receiving services from a certain healthcare professional, allowing more accurate documentation of pregnant women at enrollment, and at the end of their enrollment. These details can be documented on the Parent Record in the "Medical Home" menu item.

Subsidized Certification Enhancements

• CDE has released a new form for the Application for Services, the EED-9600. Users can now download the new EED-9600 from the Family Menu by clicking Enrollment > Subsidized Certification (CDE/CDSS) > Application for Services, selecting the application, and clicking the Download button. Users can only download the new EED-9600 for applications created on or after 8/1/2024

State Reporting Enhancements

• Updated language codes to match CAPSDAC Reporting based on PLIS Team Guidance
• Fixed the income ceiling column for children enrolled in CSPP programs to ensure families with an income greater than 85% of the state median income level show the value "Y"
• On the EAR, 8501, and Enrollment Category reports, we have updated the Group Designation reporting of the second digit for children who are two, three, or four years old to ensure Hubbe is up to date with CSPP guidance on reporting children based on their age on or before December 1st
• Combined the "Two Years Old" and "Three Years Old" categories on the 8501 report to match the CPARIS reporting interface

Staff Education/PD Enhancements

• Added multi-select action buttons to the Staff Education and Staff Professional Development grids to allow staff to update many records at once, such as updating the status from "Pending" to "Approved" 
• Added a new "Archive" field to staff education records to allow staff to archive/hide records from grids when no longer applicable - there will also be a new filter to show or hide archived records in the Staff Education grid

Fixes and Adjustments

• Fixed an issue with the batch download for ASQ-3 Cover Sheets
• Restored access to the student Medical Home area for staff with the Site Admin role - further updates to this access will be released soon allowing staff to hide/show student health data to staff with the Site Admin or Session Admin roles
• Fixed an issue with sending a batch message to families using the Family Messaging feature
• Fixed an issue with DRDP assessments not displaying for students with Variable by Week schedule types in School Age programs
