General Enhancements

• Updated the All Schedules grid at all levels to display tabs for "Dropped Schedules" and "Transferred Schedules." This will allow staff to easily view dropped and transferred schedules for a site or session

Reporting Updates

• Updated the session "Full-Time Enrollments" column on the CAPSDAC to only show the session ID where the child was enrolled the longest
• On the CAPSDAC, if a child is served in multiple sites within the same month, the child will be reported with a row for each site location where they were served
• Updated the "Child Eligibility Status" column in the CAPSDAC by mapping the new Early TK Enrollment eligibility to code H
• Updated the logic for determining MHCS enrollment days on the EAR to look at the Start and End Dates for the mental health consultation services in a student's record, and start and end date's of a child's transfer in/out of a session if they are receiving MHCS

Certification Enhancements

• State/licensing forms can now be deleted following a parent signature in the event a signed form needs to be removed

Coach Log Enhancements

• In the "Coaching Categories" tab of the Customized Coach Logs record, we added an "Order" field and column so users can select the order in which the coaching categories will be displayed
• Added new fields for "Announced Visit/Observation" or "Unannounced Visit/Observation" on the Coach Log record that users can select to hide or make optional/mandatory from the "Customize Coach Logs" area

Fixes & Adjustments

• On the Applications & Waitlist record, we updated the system to keep users on the current page of the grid when a Messaging modal is closed so users aren't kicked back to Page 1 and lose their spot
• Made an update to the "Pending Fee" identification logic to ensure all new schedules and their associated fees will generate for the proper billing period
• Optimized program calendar selection logic for a student's schedule to ensure the calendar session selection is honored
