Attendance Enhancements

• Fixed an issue with the absence management To Do List item not appearing in the Parent Portal
• Added "Parent/Staff Narrative" notes made when processing absences to the monthly sign-in sheet downloads

Certification/Reporting Enhancements

• We updated the 801A report to report the "Q" eligibility reason code for Part-Day CSPP children who are served in the same family as a full-day CCTR/CMIG child that would be reported in the CDSS CDMIS platform
• Updated the family Certification Wizard page to allow staff to select the "Eligibility" (required) and the "Reason for Receiving Service" code for Part-Day CSPP schedules - these fields were previously disabled for Part-Day CSPP students along with the "Need" grid since need isn't required for Part-Day CSPP
• Fixed the CDSS Over-Income calculation warning that appears on the family Income record and certification wizard when a family enrolled in CDSS is considered over-income
• Fixed an issue with the Notice of Action (NOA) form showing the "Termination" or "Change in Service" dates in the "Services Approved/Denied" section when the NOA was created from the "Drop Student" or "Transfer Student" action from the schedule modal
• Updated the street address for the CDSS Appeals Coordinator in step five (5) on page two (2) of the CDSS Notice of Action - the street address has been updated to 744 P Street, MS 9-7-354

CLASS Enhancements

• Updated both the Infant and Toddler Dimension options in the CLASS Notes grids to reflect the correct dimensions from within the "Create CLASS Note" modal when creating an Infant or Toddler note

Fixes & Adjustments

• Fixed an issue with creating the Personal Rights state form for a student so now staff can create this form before the student has been scheduled
• Adjusted permissions for the Site Admin and Session Admin roles to allow them to add/edit Emergency Contacts/Authorized Pick-Ups on a student record - these permissions were removed in a recent update and have now been added back for these roles
• Updated the Hubbe Role Definitions document with sections for the following roles: Education Specialist (Agency), Family Caseworker (Agency), Family Services Supervisor (Agency), Parent Education Child Care Provider (Agency), and CDF Wizard (Site)
