New Batch Student Inactivation Feature

• Added functionality that allows staff to inactivate batches of students at one time in the All Students grid using the new "Update Status" button. We added this functionality for users who requested the ability to inactivate students who have aged out of their programs. For example, preschool programs can now inactivate children who have transitioned to Kindergarten.

Reporting Enhancements

• Updated the FT+ counting logic on the Enrollment & Attendance Register report to ensure 10.5+ hour days are counted during FT weeks on a separate row in the report
• Updated the logic for the 'Reason for Service' in the CAPSDAC Report to ensure the active need selected for Parent A is always mapped to the report for that family
• Updated the Eligibility Category logic in the CAPSDAC Report to ensure that students with "Severely Handicapped Program" eligibility are mapped to the "Exceptional Needs" code of F
• Updated the CAPSDAC Report to properly handle foster children by placing the foster child's name as the Head of Household name
• Updated the eligibility category for families with "Over-Income" selected to map to the "Income Eligible" code of B in the CAPSDAC Report, so that families in CSPP programs who are over income but under 115% of the SMI are reported correctly based on the accepted codes by the CAPSDAC system

Certification Enhancements

• Updated visibility of schedules 'Pending Approval' that were created in the Application for Services wizard page, so that users can use the pending schedule to create the 9600 form and the NOA, as well as see the pending schedule after certification for approval
• Fixed an issue when downloading the CCD-26 PDF form for certain users

CACFP Enhancements

• Updated the Meal Benefit Form and manual eligibility records to allow users to end them before the original end date. This will allow users to create new CACFP eligibility forms while the family has an active one, which will end the previous one to begin a new status.

Coaching Enhancements

• Added new Agency Preferences that allow users to hide or show Coach Log records for Site Admins and Session Admins, titled "Allow Site Admins to view all coach logs for their Site" and "Allow Site Admins to view all coach logs for their Session"

Fixes and Adjustments

• Updated many grids in the system to include an "Inactive" filter for sites, sessions, and contracts to allow staff to more easily pull reports for inactive records, such as on the 801A report, the CAPSDAC report, and the Enrollment Dashboard
