Attendance Enhancements

• For parents logging into the eSignature Attendance Portal, we adjusted the subsidy types that will be presented the "Manage Absence" modal so that parents with students scheduled to a Tuition subsidy type will not need to manage absences
• In addition to the update above, we also limited the timeframe in which an unprocessed absence will present to a parent in the eSignature Attendance Portal so that parents do not see absences that are older than 3 months

State Licensing Forms Updates

• Updated LIC 613A and LIC 995 state forms to use the site's "License Name" rather than the site's "Abbreviated Name" as the Facility Name/Name of Child Care Center field on the licensing forms. These can be created on a student's record within the "State Forms" tab
• Updated the phone number that auto-populates for the "Monterey Park Regional Office 33" in a student's state form, such as the LIC 995 and LIC 613A forms

Reporting Enhancements

• Updated the 8501 (CPARIS Report) adjustment factor for Dual Language Learners "Part-Time" to ensure it matches the adjustment factor for Four-Year-Olds "Part-Time"

Hubbe Parent App Notifications Update

• We have fixed an issue with notifications not working for parents using the Hubbe Parent App on Android devices. To ensure that parents receive this update, please instruct them to update their Parent Hubbe app to the latest version, and that notifications are enabled for the app in their settings.

CCL Licensing Update

• Updated CCL Licenses to change the "CCL License Exempt" field to the "Is License Exempt" field for all existing and newly created licenses
