Schedules Grid Enhancement
- Added a "Print" option to the All Schedules grid, which will allow users to customize column selection and print a roster of children based on filter selections on the grid (with up to 19 columns included at a time)
Subsidized Certification Enhancements
- Fixed an issue with the "Create Application for Services" modal to ensure the full-time and part-time fee sections properly identify the full-time and part-time billing ranges for the selected schedule(s)
- Updated the phone number listed for the California Department of Social Services appeal information on the Notice of Action form
- When staff sign and approve an Application for Services form for a family, we have made sure to update the "Initial Subsidized Service Date" on the application with the First Date of Subsidized Services entered in the signature modal by staff
Attendance Enhancements
- Added a new option titled "Unscheduled Day" when managing a sign-in event for a student on a day they are not scheduled, which will process as "UN" in attendance reports - the other options that remain include Contracted Care (CC) and Non-Contracted Care (N)
Permission Updates
- Added editing permissions for Agency Admins to edit the site's Early Learning Setting field
Billing and Payments Enhancements
- Fixed an issue with the Family Fee Plan not setting with the family's billing information after the creation of a NOA
- Updated the way that the family Fee Plan generates the CDE/CDSS fee to ensure that termination NOAs end the family's billing
- Updated the way that fees are pulled into the NOA for "Changes in Service" when scheduled hours are modified to ensure the family's Fee Plan displays the proper billing activity
- Fixed an issue with how declined payments are created in Hubbe from online payments made through MySchoolBucks (MSB) to ensure that the family Ledger does not error and MSB invoices match the balance in Hubbe
- Fixed an issue with how weekly fees are generated during months with periods of non-operational days, such as holiday breaks
Fixes & Adjustments
- Fixed an issue with the new Staff Primary Language field to unblock access to related records, such as Session Sign-In Sheets
- Fixed an issue with saving mandatory Custom Question fields in a Family Application
- Fixed an issue with the "Download ASQ:SE-2 Results" button within a student's ASQ record
