1/25/2025 SIS Release Notes

Modified on Fri, Jan 24 at 11:59 AM

IMPORTANT Reminder From Last Week's Release Notes

  • Updated the way a child is determined as the "Exceptional Needs" category in the EAR and 8501 reports so that they are only eligible for this category if their active IEP/IFSP record has "Yes" marked for the "Is the child receiving specialized services" field

Attendance Report Updates

  • Updated the age logic used by the Enrollment and Attendance Register (EAR) report to ensure that a child's age by December 1st is "locked in" as their eligible Group Designation Code (GDC) throughout the entire year.
    • Children who were previously wrongly showing as DLL with a middle digit of "5" in their GDC should now be fixed to prioritize their age eligibility GDC, such as "3".
    • In addition, three-year-olds who were previously wrongly showing 8 for four year olds as the middle digit of their GDC should now be showing as "3" (or any other GDC they are eligible for above 8).
  • Fixed an issue with a display issue of the report columns in the Enrollment and Attendance Register (EAR) report to ensure the "Name of Child" is showing and all other columns are properly aligned for all staff

Provider Updates

  • Created a new record titled "Provider Settings" (located in the Providers sub-menu) where users can customize their Provider feature, including the ability to adjust for non-scheduled attendance days in Provider Invoices, select which providers are participating in your network as a FCCHEN, etc.

  • Added the "Cost of Care Plus" rate payments to the Provider Invoicing statement download

  • Added a new "undo" option for staff to move provider invoices that have been marked as "Paid" back to "Approved" by clicking the "Move Back to Approved" in the "Paid Invoices" tab within a site's invoicing area
