QRIS Release Notes, 1/25/2025

CDF Enhancements

• Added the ability for CDF Wizards and QR Code users to add more than (1) Lead Teacher or Site Supervisor to a session/site on the CDF Wizard and QR Code feature
• Added a new setting the "CDF Wizard Settings" area titled "Staff Primary Language Revision" which will allow CDF Wizards and QR Code users to view and edit the "Staff Primary Language" for site supervisors and all session staff for their CDF sites
• Added a new "County" filter to the CDF Data Management Grid to allow users to filter the sites by county
• Added back the "Site Phone Number" field to the CDF Data Management grid to ensure staff can view/edit all applicable fields for CDF submission
• Fixed an issue with the validation regarding the Screening Counts for a site, such as the number of children who received referrals, to ensure it will not prevent users from saving edits to general/other site information
• Enhanced the performance of the QRIS Data Management Grid when filtering for sites with "Data Missing"
• Adjusted the QRIS and QI Only cells to always surface the current status when edited
• Updated the Note and Email History for a CDF site to ensure it stores all email history with QR Code users, in addition to CDF Wizards

Coach Log Enhancements

• Added a new hours/minutes total count beside the Coach Log's schedule "Visit Date" so staff can easily see if they have entered the wrong times or AM/PM
• Updated the "Topics" filter on the All Coach Logs grid to be a multi-select drop-down list, rather than a type-in field, with all of the customized topic options in your system
• Added a new filter for "Resources Provided" with a multi-select drop-down list of all the customized resource options in your system
• Added a new piece of validation when users are entering "Start Times" for a coach log record to prevent staff from entering a start time between the hours of 8pm - 4am as a way to avoid accidental time inputs

Fixes & Adjustments

• Updated user login permissions when the staff account is assigned the "CDF Wizard" role when that role's login is disabled, so now users can still login if they have other roles assigned
