Provider Enhancements

• Added the Regional Market Rates (RMR) to the Hubbe system for center-based, FCCH, and license-exempt rate ceilings. The next step that we are working on is implementing the rates into the provider rate calculations coming soon to your system
• Updated the "Add Rate" in the Provider Rate Setup record to allow staff to enter Part-Time (PT), Full Time (FT), and Full Time + (FT+) rates, which were previously labeled Rate 1, 2, and 3

General Grid Enhancements

• Updated the "Contracts" filter on the 801A report grid to only include the contracts with the 'Include contract in 801A report' checkbox selected from within the contract's setup area
• Added a "Funding Type" multi-select filter to the All IEPs and IFSPs grid so staff can search for IEP/IFSPs by funding type (note - the grid will show the child's active or most recently active funding type only)

Subsidized Certification Enhancements

• Fixed a formatting issue on the download for the CCD-26 form to ensure that the parent and staff signatures always display on the signature lines
• Added new fields to the "Approval/Denial of Services" modal for an Application for Services form related to the Notice of Action (NOA). Specifically, staff will now need to select whether the NOA will be sent or handed to the parent and the date of notification (defaulted to the current day) prior to approving/denying the form. This update is made to ensure the Application for Services form has the "Date NOA Sent" information at the time of signing the form to ensure that the staffs' signatures are not invalidated if the form is modified by adding that date after signing.

Parent Enhancements

• Updated the "Emergency Contacts" area within the Parent Portal to show all edits/adjustments made to contacts immediately upon saving, including the removal of contacts or the addition of new contacts
• Fixed an issue with the Parent Survey Results to account for staff entered surveys when determining when to show the results for anonymous surveys. The Parent Status's tab will now be hidden when only one parent has entered results to maintain anonymity

Fiscal Enhancements

• Updated the Family Fee Plan to allow the role of Agency Fiscal Admin to view/manage the Discounts applied to the family's fees from the Agency Fiscal Admin homepage

ERS/CLASS Enhancements

• Allow Agency Admin and Educational Specialists to delete ERS and CLASS assessments that are created by agency level users only as a way to help staff manage assessments, such as removing any duplicates
• Added the agency-level role of Agency Wide Site Admin to the drop-down menu for "Assessor" so that individuals who have this role can be selected as the CLASS Assessor
