Meals and Snacks Enhancements

  • A new multi-select "Download Meal Benefit Forms" button will be added to both tabs of the Meal Benefit Forms management grid to allow staff to download multiple meal benefit forms at one time



Attendance Enhancements

  • Two new columns to the Manage Absences grid at all levels: 
    • Parent/Staff Narrative: will display the note left by parents or staff when marking an absence (this column will be hidden by default)
    • Date/Time Absence Created: will display the date and time the absence was created/reported by staff



Family Application Enhancements

  •  Several field labels in the Family Application will be updated to better reflect the information included in each section. These changes will affect both staff and parent views of the Family Application. The following changes were made:
    • Student Program Information will be changed to Demographic Information and Exceptional Needs 
    • Parent Program Information will be changed to Demographic Information and Military Status



CDE/CDSS Program-Related Enhancements

  • A new column and filter will be added to the All IEPs & IFSPs grid at the agency level so that users can more easily manage the information on services received including a new column titled "Receiving Specialized Services" which will display whether or not the student is receiving specialized services and a new filter titled "Receiving Specialized Services" that will allow staff to filter for students who are or are not receiving specialized services
  • Three (3) new filters will be added to the All Subsidized Certification grid within the "Certified Families" tab, titled Certification Start Date, Certification End Date, and Recertification Due Date. These filters will allow staff to more easily view lists of families who need to be recertified soon. We hope this helps you better prepare for recertifying families!



Fixes & Adjustments

  • Fixed an issue with the "Create Application for Services" modal and "Create Notice of Action" page to ensure the full-time and part-time fee sections properly identify the full-time and part-time billing ranges for variable by week schedules - this is a follow-up to a fix from earlier this month applied to fixed schedules
  • Fixed an issue with the Enrollment and Attendance Register (EAR) report on toddlers being reported as three-year-olds one day early
  • Updated the Annual Child Care Payments (Tax Document) download to look to the payment record's "Payment Date" rather than the "Created Date" since those two dates can vary if imported as historical transactions into Hubbe
