NEW All Students Grid Structure
- We have updated the All Students grid at the agency and site levels to better serve the reporting needs for users. Now, staff can more easily view all actively scheduled and previously scheduled students, so staff can view a list of all students currently scheduled to a site. Staff can also easily view all the students who have transferred out of that site or have ended services, with new filter options that include start and end dates for the Agency Program, Funding Contract, Site, and Session filters. For example, if you need to filter to students scheduled to your CSPP program during the month of December 2024, you can now include dates We hope this new grid structure allows users to easily view/export desired student data!
Reporting Updates
- Several updates to the 8501/9500 and Enrollment Attendance Register (EAR) reports were made following user feedback to ensure student Group Designation Codes are determined correctly for each day of the report, including the following:
- Fixed an issue with children aging into the "Toddler" designation one month before they turned 18 months old
- Fixed the 8501 and 9500 reports to only look at students scheduled in the current/active program calendar(s) in a session to determine whether those students should be placed into an MHCS report
- Updated the Group Designation Code logic for students assigned an ASES or ELO-P contract so they are determined using the age categories of only infant, toddler, or three years and older to match the reporting categories of the CDPR, 9500 report for non-certified children
Fixes & Adjustments
- Fixed an issue with the Fee Plan not updating the "End Date" for the fee when a student is dropped from services. This will ensure that families are not charged after services have ended
- Fixed an issue with the "Enrollment Counts by Session" tab of the Enrollment Dashboard at the agency and site level to ensure it successfully loads the "Enrollment Counts by Funding" columns
