Family Application Enhancements
- Added a new field option to the Family Application titled "Parent Preferred Communication" (Email, Mail) found within the parent record. This will be set as "Optional" in the application, but can be changed to "Hidden" or "Mandatory" from the Family Application Configuration area. The selection made for this field will be transferred to the parent record upon intake of the family application and map to the "Parent Preferred Communication" field of the Application for Services form for subsidized families.
Fixes & Adjustments
- Updated the 8501 attendance report to maintain the "Four Year Old" designation for non-certified students who are older than four years old by December 1st
- Fixed an issue with the "Update Status" button on the All Students grid to ensure the new "Drop Date" successfully changes the end date for any active schedules and adjusts the Fee Plan for the family to immediately adjust fee charges for tuition based families or upon the creation of a NOA for subsidized based families
- Released a fix mid-week in response to reports of unexpected system logouts
