801A Report Enhancements
- Updated the 801A Report to ensure all rows with missing or incorrect data are shown in the grid when the filter to "Only Show Rows with Errors" is applied, including rows with a missing or incorrect "Reason for Receiving Services" code
- Updated the 801A Report to ensure that the eldest foster child is always reported as the "Head of Household" in a foster family with more than one foster child. In this scenario, the "Head of Household" fields will display the student's name along with a tooltip informing the staff that a foster child is being reported in those fields.
- Updated the 801A Report to ensure each family in every row has a link to easily access the family's household record from the "Link to Family" column on the report grid so staff can easily navigate to the household to manage data for the report
Attendance Enhancements
- Fixed an issue with the student Health Check at sign-in/out that allows staff to re-set the student's health check if is marked as "Failed" when created by an Emergency Contact in the family. Previously, staff were not able to re-set the failed health check when created by an Emergency Contact in the family, but now they will be able to reset the health check and un-block sign-in for that child
Subsidized Certification Enhancements
- Updated the CCD-26 Download to only include active Parent Employment/Education records, which will exclude records that have already ended or start in the future
- Fixed an issue with the Parent Employment record not saving the "Date First Hired in Current Role" field
- Fixed an issue with Parent Employment/Education records not showing the "Days and working/training hours" data when variable employment/education parent schedules were selected
- Fixed an issue with creating an Application for Services form without a student schedule selected to ensure staff receive the proper validation message requiring a schedule to be selected
