There have been several changes made to the attendance reporting features in your system that will be important to review below:

  • Re-organized all attendance reports, such as the 8501/9500 and Enrollment & Attendance Register (EAR) reports, into a single menu item titled "Attendance Reports." You can now access all of your attendance reports in this one area, including the Chronic Absences, Average Daily Attendance, Expanded Learning Attendance, and State-Subsidized Attendance reports.

  • Optimized the Menu "Search" field, located at the top of the menu on the left-hand side of your screen, to allow users to more easily locate reports such as the 8501/9500 and EAR reports

  • Updated the structure and layout of the 8501 (CPARIS) and 9500 (CDPR) reports (now located Agency Menu > Attendance > Attendance Reports). Users will now be presented with filters for Fiscal Year, County, and Report Type (if MHCS report is enabled in your preferences). Upon selecting and applying filters, your reporting area will appear below for you to generate, view, re-sync, export, or delete reports.

  • Administrators can now view the source data behind the enrollment day counts in the 8501 and 9500 report categories. After generating a monthly report, users can click on the new "View" button to see the data behind each total.

  • Re-labeled the "Limited English" adjustment factor category in the 9500 Report to "Dual Language Learners" which will look to the "Dual Language Learner" field on the student record for determining the category they're reported in

Family Application Enhancements

  • Added two "Phone Number" fields to the "Authorized Pick Up Only" individuals within a household or family application (always optional). This information will be transferred over to the household upon intake of the application, and made available on the students' Emergency Card downloads.

  • Updated the "Gender" field for students, non-participating children, and parents in a family application to ensure it includes all of the following options: Female, Male, Unknown, Non-Binary, Prefer Not to Answer. The gender selections made in the family application will also transfer over to the household upon intake of the application.
  • Fixed an issue with the Family Application created by parents from within their portal without needing to be invited - previously, this application was giving parents an error message about the "Relationship to Child", which is now resolved.

New CLASS Score Charts

  • We are excited to announce the release of new CLASS Score Charts in support of the bi-annual assessment of an agency's Average Quality levels in comparison with the National Average. You will be able to view a chart of CLASS score averages for PreK 2.0 and Pre-K 2008 assessment types, along with the Re-competitive scores for each rating of the CLASS in the CLASS grids. These will be displayed within each CLASS assessment record (for only PreK 2.0 and Pre-K 2008), as well as at the Agency and Site level CLASS Assessments grid.

  • Updated the CLASS Pre-K 2.0 assessment type to include two content areas: Social & Emotional, and None

Fixes & Adjustments

  • For variable schedules, we fixed an issue with the "End Time" for the "Before" portion of a before & after school schedule not saving, so now both the before and/or after school time ranges will appear everywhere the schedule times are listed
  • Added a "Validate ID and Secret" option to the PayPal Integration setting that allows staff to have the Hubbe system verify and confirm their entered credentials are correct for the PayPal payments integration
