What's in the new update?

In this mid-week update, we're updating how the Overview tab is organized on the Family Application record. Within the Overview tab, enrollment staff will have access to the Family Application status, status change notes, messages, assigned staff, documents, and family details all in one place! 

Family Application Update Details 

Here is the full list of changes we'll be releasing on Tuesday:

• Reorganizing fields on the Overview tab into two new cards: 1) Application Details & Documents, and 2) Family Information
• Adding the Application Status to the Overview tab
• Moving the Status Notes from their own tab into the Overview tab (the notes will function the same as the notes modal on the Applications and Waitlist grid)
• Moving the Documents from their own tab into the Overview tab
  
• Adding the Messages to the Overview tab
• Adding the Case Manager assignment to the Overview tab
• Breaking out the Billing Contact and Family Liaison assignments into their own assignment modals (previously in the "Applicant Name" update modal)
