Student Health Enhancements
- Added new columns to the Physician's Report and Health Alerts grid at all levels for each health condition's "Medication Expiration Date." Now, each health condition will be followed by a column that will list out any/all expiration dates for medications that have not yet been disposed of and will be highlighted in red if the expiration date has passed.
- We have also added a new filter to the Physician's Report and Health Alerts grid at all levels titled "Medication" which will allow users to filter for students who have at least one medication listed for any health condition that has not yet been disposed of. Users will also be able to filter for the expiration date using the "Expiration Date on or After" and "Expiration Date On or Before" date fields.
Billing Statement Enhancement
- Added the ability to customize the name of the entity following the line "Please make checks payable to..." on a billing statement. Users can customize the "Payable To" name within Agency Menu > Finance > Finance Settings > Billing and Payments tab. The field will default to use the agency's "Full Legal Name" unless otherwise customized.
Program Admin Permission Updates
- Updated the permissions for the role "Program Admin" as follows (Please note that this update will only apply to the systems that have enabled the role of Program Admin to view family and child level data):
- Users with this role assigned will now be able to view and download State Forms for a student. These forms can be found within a student record's "State Forms" tab.
- Users with this role assigned will no longer see the "Create Agency" button on their home landing page. Previously, clicking this button would lead to an "Access Denied" message, since this role does not grant permission to create agency records.
Home Visitor Calendar Update
- Updated the Calendar feature on the Home Visitor's landing page to display the Family Name on the event tiles so that the Home Visitor can easily see the families the completed or scheduled events are for without having to click inside the record.
Fixes & Adjustments
- Updated the PLIS Report to ensure the "Teacher Designation of DLL" column is validated to require a code of "Y" or "N" for Dual Language Learners, and a blank value for Non-Dual Language Learners.
- We have alphabetized the list of Agency Programs at the agency-level Agency Programs grid, as well as the Session record where the programs that have a calendar assigned to the session are listed.
- We have fixed a validation bug on the 801A Report in which the funding filter displayed a warning message that funding contracts needed to be selected despite contracts having already been selected.
- Fixed an issue with the "Filter Presets" feature on the All Students grid not saving upon re-loading the record. Now, your filter presets will be preserved, unless manually deleted. Thank you to the Options for Learning team for reporting this issue to us!
- Updated the "Application Year" filter on the Applications and Waitlists grid to now show results for applications with multiple program years selected. For example, if an application has both 2024-2025 and 2025-2026 program years selected then the application will appear for either year filter.
- We have fixed an issue staff reported when trying to create a Notice of Action (NOA) without a schedule selected. This can be found within the "Create Notice of Action" modal when "No" is selected for "Include schedules in the NOA?" option.
New Help Resources
- Added a new instruction sheet to the All IEPs & IFSPs agency record to help staff fully utilize the capabilities of the filters on this grid. You can access the instruction sheet by clicking on the link below, or by clicking on Help > Instructions and Training Videos while on the All IEPs & IFSPs grid.
