General Enhancements

• Added a new column to the All Sessions grid at the Agency and Site levels, titled "CAPSDAC ID" - this column will display the session's CAPSDAC ID, as the name infers. This column will be hidden from the grid by default, so please make sure to select this column in the "Columns" selection tool above the grid.

Head Start Updates

• Created the new 2024-2025 Version of the Head Start PIR Report. Users can now create the PIR Version 2024-2025 within the PIR Management record (located within the Head Start sub-menu, if enabled in your agency's system).

Preschool CDS Codes

• We have added the full database of Preschool CDS Codes into Hubbe, so now users can select a Preschool Agency and Preschool Site for each site within the "Boundaries" area of a site record, and the selection made will automatically assign the associated Preschool CDS Code. Users can also select to "Manually Enter Preschool CDS Code" if the Preschool Agency/Site is not found in the list provided. Please note that we have more updates coming soon that will feed the Preschool CDS Code into applicable reports such as the CAPSDAC.

Fixes & Adjustments

• Following the update to the Monthly eSignature Sign-In/Out downloads last week, we have implemented an additional update to ensure the session-level "Monthly Sign-In/Out with eSignatures" will only ever include: 
  • (A) students with a schedule that was active for that session during the selected month, and 
  • (B) a single sheet per student, even if they have two schedules for the same session during the selected month. To support this need from the field, we have also updated the "Absence Counts" table in the upper right hand corner of these sheets to only include the absences for that session. However, staff will still be able to view the total cumulative absences for the student across all schedules for the year when Managing Absences or on the student's "Attendance - Monthly" record.
• Fixed an issue with the "Load Previous Messages" button within the Family Application messaging feature that allows staff to message parents during the application process. Now, staff can click "Load Previous Messages" to see previous messages between application staff and parents.
• Fixed an issue with the Staff Professional Development roll-up grid at the agency and site levels to ensure optimal performance of the grid and filters.
