New Mobile View
With this update, there will be a new Mobile View that includes an update to the system toolbar and menu. The following changes are included in the new update:
- New "Tile Menu" for all users on a mobile device or tablet device
- Note: Only the Session Menu and Student Menu will include icons for each menu item.
- New bottom-aligned toolbar for all users on a mobile device or tablet device
- New Home Page for Session Admins assigned to multiple sessions
- New "Students" menu item with student tiles for easier navigation
- New "Parents & Contacts" menu item with easy ability to tap on a student, access their parent & contact data, and add new Emergency Contacts and Authorized pickups
New DRDP Tool
Included in this update will be a new, easier-to-use DRDP tool. The new DRDP tool will allow users to quickly add and update observations, including adding photos and videos without a file size limit. The new tool will also drop teachers right into the current rating period, view, and age group that are set up in the Configure DRDP record. The following changes are included in the new update to the DRDP:
- Staff will now land in the agency's selected View and Age Group, and current Rating Period to begin rating
- A new "Select Students" card at the top of the tool will be available for staff to narrow down the list of students they are working with
- Note: The student selection will be saved to that user's account so that they can jump right back to where they left off
- The "Observation Drafts" tab now allows staff to create an Observation draft quickly, edit that draft, and complete it to apply it to a measure
- New uploader tool that allows staff to upload larger-sized videos and photos
- After staff upload a photo or video, it will upload on the side, and let the user know once the upload is complete
- Staff can expand or collapse the uploader in the bottom-right corner of their device's screen
- New Rating tool that allows for our default rating option, or the "Scantron" rating tool
- Batch rating option with our default rating tool
- New "Info" tab that allows staff to quickly update a child's DRDP Assessment details
