New Mobile View and DRDP Features
On Monday, February 5th, we updated users about a new mobile view and DRDP tool. The update will alter how staff use Hubbe on mobile or tablet devices and how classroom staff will use the DRDP feature. We strongly recommend sharing this update with staff. You can find details on the update here:

*Newly Added Trainings
CA State Programs
- Added a new "CDE/CDSS" column on the NOA grid on the family record - NOAs created for families under the "CSPP" program will show the "CDE" value, while NOAs created for families under any other CDSS-managed program will show the "CDSS" value
- Added an eSignature option to the Enrollment and Attendance Register (EAR) PDF download that will be added for each session included in the PDF download - users must enable a new preference in the Attendance & Health Checks preferences tab for staff to be prompted to sign: Include eSignature on the Enrollment and Attendance Register
- Updated the Enrollment and Attendance Register (EAR) to show family fees on a single row for students whose enrollment and attendance are split into separate rows, or for multiple students in a family so as not to double count that fee in report totals for the month (private pay programs that bill a "Schedule" level fee will still show that fee for each student or schedule that are listed in the report)
- Updated the new "Additional State Forms" card on the "Prepare Family for the ELCD-9600" screen on the family record to allow staff to create forms for each child enrolling in the program as they create the 9600
Billing
- Added a "Due Date" column to the Billing Statement download for families that will show the due date of each fee posted to their account for that month
- Updated "Transaction ID" to "ID" on the Billing Statement
- Updated "Transaction Description" to "Description" on the Billing Statement
- Updated "Amount Due" to "Fee" on the Billing Statement
Health
- Added the following "Rescreening" fields to both the "Hearing Screening" and "Vision Screening" features: Rescreening Needed (Yes/No), Rescreening Performed By (Doctor, Staff, Community Partner), Rescreening Date (date field), Rescreening Results - Left Eye (type-in field), Rescreening Results - Right Eye (type-in field), Rescreening Notes (type-in field)
- Added columns on the Vision Screening and Hearing Screening grids for the added screening fields above
Fixes and Adjustments
- Updated the Monthly eSignature Timesheets to show the absence counts for families from the start of the fiscal year, to the last day of the month of that timesheet (e.g., a timesheet downloaded for December 2023 will show absence counts for that child from 7/1/2023 - 12/31/2023)
- Changed the Enrollment > Private Pay menu item on the Family Menu to say Enrollment > Family Contracts to encompass a wider range of programs that utilize this tool
- Added two (2) new General Agency Preferences for staff permissions: Site Admin permissions to update the session record for sessions at their site and Site Admin permissions to update all fields on the staff record for staff at their site
- Updated the Head Start Eligibility Verification Form to use the agency colors and logo
- Updated the Site record to show the "CDS Code" tied to the elementary school boundary selected on that site
