NEW Subsidized Provider Report
- Our team has developed a new report in your system called the Subsidized Provider Report (SPR) to support home-based care contractors with the required monthly report to CDMIS. To get you started with this report, we will list the following requirements to generate the report, if applicable to your center:
- First, users must enable Provider Invoicing in Agency Preferences. Once enabled, agency staff will notice the "Providers" menu item, listing the Subsidized Provider Report in its sub-menu
- Next, users must select all contracts to be included in the SPR from the Funding Contracts record by checking the "Include contract in SPR report" option in the contract record. This is the same process users must follow to include a contract in the 801A report.
- Now, users can generate the report by selecting the applicable Funding Contracts and Rating Period - so long as your system has sites with "F - Family Child Care Home" selected as the Early Learning Setting.
- We would also like to point out some system changes to support this new report, listed below:
- Added a new field to the staff record titled "What is your primary language?" to feed into the "Provider Home Language" column of the SPR
- In the "Funding" tab at the bottom of the site record, we added the following checkbox in the blue card under the "Do you accept voucher payments?" field: Emergency Child Care Bridge Program for Foster Children (Bridge Program) - this will mark the site as accepting vouchers in the SPR if selected
In the "Funding Contracts" record's "Subsidy Type" drop-down, we added a new type called "Bridge: Emergency Child Care Bridge Program for Foster Children"
Added Site Mailing Address fields to the site record that will be used for the SPR if they have checked to use different mailing address for the site
On the "Funding" tab at the bottom of a site record, we added two date fields for "Subsidy Start Date" and "Subsidy End Date"
On the "Community Care Licensing" record within a site, we added a "License Exempt" field as a "Yes/No" field in the edit modal that will show the site as License Exempt if selected
Reporting Enhancements
- Updated the CAPSDAC Report to default the "Reason for Service" code to H for any family who do not have a Parent Need record created. This update serves users who were trained to not create Parent Need records for Part-Day CSPP families
- For students in a split household, we adjusted the 801A Report to surface both families as their own row in the report when the child is served under that funding contract under a schedule for both families
DRDP Enhancements
- Added new fields to the Agency, Site, and Session records to store their "DRDP Online Name" - these names will also appear in the Configure DRDP Record, so staff can easily identify the names and prevent the common upload issue of Hubbe names not matching DRDP Online names
ASES/ELOP Enhancements
- Added a column titled "Funding Contract" to the ASES/ELOP Monthly Attendance Report
- Added a new column for "Student ID" in the ASES/ELOP Monthly Attendance Report
- Update the Early Release / Late Arrival message to parents and staff so that it reads: "You are signing out your child more than 15 minutes before the session end time. Please provide a reason for their early release:"
- Fixed an issue with "Early Release" codes not showing correctly on the monthly attendance reports once they have been processed
CLASS Enhancements
- Revised the title of the "CLASS Pre-K Environment" assessment type to "CLASS Environment" in accordance with industry changes
Meal Benefit Enhancements
- Fixed an issue with the Meal Benefit Forms grid at the agency level to ensure it loads successfully for centers
- Fixed an issue with the CACFP Eligibility record within a household that prevented users from seeing the forms created without start/end dates
Fixes & Adjustments
- Updated the Staff export/import file to ensure all column types are working properly to update associated data
- Fixed an issue regarding the absence management in the parent eSignature Attendance portal to ensure that parents are prompted to manage any unprocessed absences for their child if the child is scheduled with any subsidy type other than ASES or ELOP
- Fixed an issue with creating a Notice of Action form at the time of transferring a student or dropping a student schedule
- Optimized the load time for a student record to be significantly quicker
