CDF Enhancements

• Added two new session-related fields to the CDF Wizard to allow staff to mark their CSPP funded sessions, including "Serves Children with "California State Preschool (CSPP) Full Day Funding" and "Serves Children with "California State Preschool (CSPP) Part Day Funding" - any changes made in the session's CDF wizard will automatically update the session record in Hubbe.  This enhancement will enable counties to report on the newly added "Number of CSPP Classrooms."
• Added a new field to the site record within the "QRIS/CDF" tab titled "This Site is Located on a Public School District Campus." This new field was created to support the new "CDS Code CDF requirement for LEA-located sites only.  This is a new requirement for the 24-25 FY Report. 
• Added a new field to the "Boundaries" modal in which a site can be designated within a public school district boundary, titled "For QRIS/CDF Non-Public School District Agencies, Use only County and District Code." This new field was also created to support the new "CDS Code CDF requirement for the 24-25 FY Report. 
• Made the following fields all mandatory in the CDF Data Management grid with a red cell indicating incomplete data: Street Address, City, CDS Code (only for center-based sites at agencies that have an agency type marked as "Public School District"), CSPP Classroom Count (only for center-based sites)
• Updated the field value validation logic to ensure an integer of 0 is shown for any of the child count fields not completed, rather than showing as blank.  This update was made to support the state requirement for an integer in every field. 
• Updated the validation regarding funding types for FCCH sites in the CDF Data Management grid to ensure they do not have CSPP, CCTR, or CMIG funding types selected.  These funding types are only allowable for center-based sites in the state's website, and there were issues last year with them checked for FCCH sites.  
• Added a "Total" field to the Students Served Counts, Language Counts, and Special Needs Counts cards in the CDF Wizard to allow staff to easily visualize their reported count totals (Note: in the Students Served Counts card, the counts for TK and Alternative students will not be included in the total)

• Updated the title of QCC Block Grant to QCC Quality Improvement Grant everywhere in the system in accordance with state changes to the grant program.  
• Added a new column for "Site Full Name" to the CDF XML Report download
• Updated the title of CSPP Infant & Toddler Participant to QCC Quality Improvement Grant in the CDF XML Report download in accordance with state updates
• Added a new setting to the CDF Wizard General Settings area titled 'Staff Email Revision' which will surface staff existing work email addresses and allow users to revise it, if enabled.  Activating this new setting will allow your QR Code and CDF Wizards to make updates to incorrect emails for their classroom and site staff.  

• Updated the CDF Wizard interface to make it more user-friendly by adding blue "Edit" buttons beside the assigned staff's WFR ID field, where there used to be carrot buttons.
• Updated the funding types listed for the site both on the site record and the CDF Wizard to replace the generic Voucher funding type with the new, more specific voucher funding options as required in the 2024-25 CDF Data Dictionary. 
• Added a blue "Edit" button beside the agency Phone Number field to allow staff in the CDF Wizard to edit the agency's phone number
• To the validation that prevents users from creating new staff accounts with an email address that is already being used for another staff account, we have added the name of the staff account currently using the email address to assist users in identifying the existing accounts and help prevent duplicate staff record creations. This updated validation is also used in the CDF Wizard area when adding/editing the email account for an assigned staff member

Coaching Enhancements

• Added new fields for "Announced Visit/Observation" or "Unannounced Visit/Observation" on the Coach Log record that users can select to hide or make optional/mandatory from the "Customize Coach Logs" area.
• Added new Agency Preferences that allows users to hide or show Coach Logs record for Site Admins and Session Admins, titled "Allow Site Admins to view all coach logs for their Site" and "Allow Site Admins to view all coach logs for their Session"
• In the "Coaching Categories" tab of the Customized Coach Logs record, we added an "Order" field and column so users can select the order of which the coaching categories will be displayed

ECLASS Enhancements

• Revised the title of the "CLASS Pre-K Environment" assessment type to "CLASS Environment" in accordance with industry changes

Fixes & Adjustments

• Updated the Staff export/import file to ensure all column types are working properly to update associated data
