When will this update take effect?

Who's affected by this update?

All users who take attendance, and users who submit their 8501 (CPARIS) and 9500 (CDPR) reports using Hubbe.

What's in the new update?

1. Condensed Menu Item for Attendance Reports: We're moving the Enrollment and Attendance Register, 8501 Report, and 9500 Report into report cards on a new "Attendance Reports" menu item that will also contain all reports previously listed under the "Additional Attendance Reports" menu item.
2. New Version of the 8501 (CPARIS) and 9500 (CDPR) Reports: We're updating the 8501 (CPARIS) and 9500 (CDPR) reports to provide better source data for enrollment counts reported under each adjustment factor and time designation category. The report interface and features within it will be enhanced to provide a better monthly/quarterly reporting experience for CSPP, CCTR, and CMIG contractors.

How to navigate to the new Attendance Reports menu item?

As an Agency Admin, Site Admin, or Session Admin, click on Attendance > Attendance Reports. Alternatively, you can search for "Attendance Reports." You can also search your menu for the following key words that will narrow your menu down to the Attendance Reports menu item: EAR, Enrollment, Attendance, Register, Report, Chronic, State-Subsidized, State, Subsidized, and Expanded.

Attendance Reports Menu Change

The new Attendance Reports menu item will now feature seven (7) cards for the many attendance reports that are available in the Hubbe system. One card, the "Expanded Learning Attendance Reports" card, is hidden behind a General Agency Preference. If this preference is disabled for your agency, there will only be six (6) attendance report cards.

To condense the Attendance menu in Hubbe, we're moving the Enrollment and Attendance Register, 8501 (CPARIS), and 9500 (CDPR) reports onto this page as the top three cards. The next cards will represent the same reports that are currently listed under the "Additional Attendance Reports" menu item.

Enhanced 8501 (CPARIS) & 9500 (CDPR) Reports

The 8501 (CPARIS) and 9500 (CDPR) reports are receiving major updates that we hope will improve the reporting experience for all CSPP, CCTR, and CMIG contractors who report their enrollment and attendance on a monthly or quarterly basis. We've linked a short video describing these updates that will take effect in your system this Saturday. The full list of updates are as follows:

• New "County" drop-down selection to replace the tabs that previously represented each county
• If your agency offers Mental Health Consultation Services (MHCS):
  • New "Report Type" filter to show reports in the bottom grid that are MHCS, Non-MHCS, or Both
  • New "Report Type" selection to generate the MHCS or Non-MHCS report for a selected month
• New report "View" button to view report counts within Hubbe without needing to export to Excel
• New "Source Data" for all enrollment day totals within the report
