New Dietary Accommodations for Students
- We have added a new area in the student Health features called Dietary Accommodations, found within the Current Health Conditions record. Users can add dietary accommodations here that will appear as an "Accommodations" badge beside the child's name in the Meal Counts tool at the session. Teachers will be able to easily view dietary accommodations when tracking meals, such as a lactose intolerance requiring non-dairy alternatives for the child. Any food allergies the child has will be noted in its own "Allergies" badge beside the child's name in the Meal Counts tool.
Additional Student Enhancements
- On the student's Conference Note PDF download, we added template signature lines for the staff and the parent/guardian so that staff can print out the PDF and obtain written signatures.
- Updated the student Immunization Tracker download (available in English, Spanish, Mandarin, and Vietnamese) to show a green "Completed" badge for immunizations the child has received and red "Missing" badges for the immunizations the child still needs in order to more clearly display a child's immunization statuses.
- Adjusted the wording included on the student's Personal Rights State Licensing Form (LIC 613A), mainly updating the mentions of "his/her" to "their" in accordance with the state.
- Updated the permissions for the student's Sensory Screenings record, including Vision and Hearing screening records, following a report from the field that users could get to the area but not access the screening records in the grid.
Scheduling Enhancements
- Added the "Length of Day" field to the "Change Schedule Hours" modal so users can set this field for the new schedule when a student's hours changes.
- Updated the schedule modal to only list active sites in the "Site" drop-down list. If a student schedule was created prior to inactivating the site, the site selection will be preserved.
General Enhancements
- Following a round of testing with the CDSS department, we have updated the Hubbe CDSS 801A Report to ensure all remaining report changes are implemented for the July 2025 reporting period, including additional validation checks and student language options.
- When the Enrollment and Attendance Register (EAR) report was updated to include the logic for Mental Health Consultation Services (MHCS), this increased the load time of the report for both agencies that had the "Agency offers mental health consultation services" setting enabled and those with it disabled. We have updated the logic of the EAR report so that agencies with this setting disabled or set to "No" will see a significant decrease in load time for the EAR report, most notably at the agency level where all students served will be included in the report.
- Added filters and the Filter Preset tool to the "Assign Calendar to Session" grid within an Agency Program's "Program Calendar" tab. This will allow users to filter for sessions that need a calendar assigned, click "select all" in the grid, and assign the calendar. Users can also create Filter Presets that can be shared with other users and easily applied to the grid.
Fixes & Adjustments
- Updated the eSignature Attendance sheet download to ensure that there is one sheet per schedule with the schedule's details at the top, including the enrolled session and weekly hours. This means that if a student has more than one active schedule during an attendance month for the same site or session, then there will be one attendance sheet per schedule that is active at that site or session for that month.
- Updated the "Reports" item in the Data Tools drop-down menu to be named "General Reports." This option will still lead to the same Reporting area.
- Added a "Back to Agency Programs" button when within an agency program so users can more easily navigate back to the list of programs created in their system.
