New 2025-26 CACFP Reimbursement Rates

• The 2025-2026 CACFP Reimbursement Rates have been implemented into the Hubbe system for all users. These new rates will be available within the "Meals and Snacks Report - with Reimbursement Rates" found within the "General Reports" area, as shown below.

State Forms Updates

• We have updated the child State Licensing Forms to better support documentation for children who are in multiple households. Now, for a child assigned to multiple households, when a user creates a state form, they will first select a household that will be used to autofill in the data on the form. When viewing the forms from the Application for Services area when certifying the family, only the forms tied to the household being viewed will be displayed in the grid. Users can also choose to change the household tied listed on the form from the State Forms grid.

Fixes & Adjustments

• Fixed a bug in the parent survey where answers that allow parents to "Choose all that apply" and require an explanation were blocking parents from submitting and completing their survey. Explanations are only supported for single-answer "Radio Buttons" in the parent survey, so this was a bug in the survey question builder when updating questions. Surveys with this issue have been updated to exclude this explanation field.
• Fixed an error that appeared when creating a child referral for a child under two households.
• We updated the language in the "Generate PINs" email to direct parents to contact the sender of the email with any questions they may have, instead of directing them to contact their child's teacher. We included the sender's name and email for parents.
• We fixed a bug where families with the 'Protective Services' or 'At-Risk' eligibility selection were missing this selection in Section 2 of the downloaded form CCD-26, Confidential Application for Services.
