CACFP Enhancements

  • We've added a new Configure Meals and Snacks page, where users can now customize the meal times across their agency for a specified date range. The meal times will now have a "Date Range" associated with them to capture changes to the times when meals are offered. Watch the video below for instructions on how to configure meal times for your agency.

  • Meal Benefit Forms now have fields that represent whether a child is enrolled in a Head Start/Early Head Start program. If all children in the family are enrolled in HS/EHS, the family will automatically receive a "Free" eligibility classification.

Fixes & Adjustments

  • Added the "Certification Dates" to the form CCD-26, Confidential Application for Services (Spanish Version) download, as these dates were previously missing.
  • Added CSV export functionality for "Sections" and "Roster" endpoints on the Hubbe - ParentSquare API.
  • Updated the CDSS-801A report's "License Number" column to show "License-Exempt" if the Type of Care Code on that child's row is 05, 06, 07, 08, 09, or 11, as these codes all represent a "License-Exempt" type of care. The Excel and TXT file downloads will show a "Blank" value for the report.
  • Fixed an issue where the "Translate" tool was translating the State and County options in address questions on the Family Application
  • Fixed an issue where editing historical CAPP certificate records produced an error message
  • Fixed the CAPP certificate amount so that it applies to the original fee amount, rather than the family's co-pay, for threshold fees
  • Updated the CAPP certificates modal to separate "Fixed Fee CAPP Certificates" and "Threshold Fee CAPP Certificates" and added a toggle to only show active CAPP certificates
