New Universal Coach Role
- We have created a new role called the "Universal Coach." This new role will operate the same as the Coach role but will automatically be "case-loaded" to every agency, site, and session in the Hubbe system, for both existing and newly added entities. This means that any user assigned the role of "Universal Coach" will be immediately able to create Coach Logs, QIPs, etc. with the option of adding every entity in the system, whereas the regular "Coach" role will need to be case loaded in order to see entity options. The "Coach" role that previously existed has been re-titled as "Coach - Case Loaded" and the new role will be titled as "Coach - Universal" in the staff card. We hope this new role serves your team well!
Stipend Application Enhancements
- Added several new language translations to the stipend application account registration email message sent to new applicants, so now the message will be shown in English, Spanish, and Chinese. Shout-out to LA County for this translated text.
- We have added two new fields to the "Show/Hide Fields" area within a Stipend Application setup area. Now, users can select to show or hide the "Agency" and/or "Site" fields within the stipend application - note, if "Agency" is hidden then the "Site" field will also be hidden automatically. Applicants may not be required to select the agency/site selections, but application managers will be required to select an "Agency" in order to complete the approval of an application and create the staff's record in the Hubbe system. Upon release of this update, both fields will be automatically set to "Show."
QIP Enhancements
- Updated the Focus Area categories within the "CLASS Assessment Dimensions" section to match the CLASS Pre-K 2.0 Assessment focus areas.
- Updated the "Copy QIP Goal" action to ensure that all entities available to select for the new QIP are active agencies/sites/sessions.
CLASS Enhancements
- Updated the Cycles within a CLASS Assessment to allow users to select a "Format" for each content area individually (i.e., Arts, Literacy, Math, etc.) rather than one "Format" type for the cycle. For CLASS Assessments that existed prior to this update, any "Format" selections have been preserved and will be included in the view mode and PDF download of the assessment.
- Added a new action button to the ERS & CLASS Management grid within the "Caseloading & Scheduling" tab that allows staff to multi-select sessions within the grid and click "Specify CLASS" to assign the CLASS type for all of the sessions selected in one click.
- Added a new filter to the All CLASS Assessments grid that will be defaulted to show "Assessed Sessions Only" in the grid upon loading of the record. Users will also be able to filter to show "Unassessed Sessions Only" or "Both Assessed and Unassessed Sessions" as a way to easily view the sessions that have a CLASS assessment already created for that type and sessions that have not yet had a CLASS assessment made for that type. Previously, this grid only listed the CLASS records created, so now the grids will list both the CLASS records created and the sessions without a CLASS record. This new filter will enable county and agency managers to ensure they meet the state threshold requirements for number of sessions assessed at each site.
Fixes & Adjustments
- Fixed an issue reported by users regarding the selection of Focus Areas for a QIP Goal, ensuring now that selecting entire sections to hide or show in the QIP Goal will only ever affect the Focus Areas in that section.
- Fixed an issue reported by a user when trying to "Create QIP Goal From Library" from the action button on the All QIPs grid.
- Added a pop-up when exporting in the Import/Export Portal so that users can easily see the progress of the export file and the time elapsed during download. We have also added several visual improvements to the portal.
- Fixed an issue reported by users when accepting a Stipend Application that had more than one site selected, affecting some Center-Based applicants.
