New Import/Export Portal
- We have created a new and improved Import/Export Portal that is only accessible by users with the new role titled "Import Export Manager" assigned to their account. Now, users will enter the "Import/Export Portal" from the "Data Tools" button in the top grey bar. Once within the portal, users can select the import or export area, with organized sections of import/exports by system area, such as Agency, Site, Session, Staff, Students, etc. Please note that the imports and exports will operate the same that they did before, but the way in which you can access & enter the portal, as well as complete the steps of importing/exporting will be updated.
CDF Enhancements
- Updated the Funding options on the CDF Data Management grid to ensure each cell will always turn green if marked as "Yes" including FFN sites, which will be grey unless marked as "Yes" and then will turn green.
- Updated the status of a site's CDF Wizard to automatically show as "Not Started" if the site has been made inactive.
- Updated the "Excel" export option on the CDF Data Management grid to ensure that all fields/columns are included in the export.
Stipend Enhancements
- Updated the Stipend Application "Custom Questions" area to allow users to control the order of the questions presented in the stipend application using "up" and "down" arrows beside the questions in the configuration area.
- Now allow more than one "Stipend Manager" assignment for a stipend application.
- Added two new column clusters to the "Columns" grid tool for Stipend Application Custom Questions and Site Custom Questions. Now users can select to show any stipend application custom question or site custom questions on the Stipend Application grid for the sites that the applicant selected in their application. The Custom Questions can be managed in County Menu > Settings > Custom Questions record.
- Within a stipend track, we have updated the status previously titled "Approved" to "Approved/Complete" to be shown wherever the "Approved" status showed previously. This updated status wording aims to signify that the stipend participants have completed the stipend track in the event that they do not receive a check/payment.
- Within a stipend track, we have added the number of units that the stipend participant has completed as a badge beside any requirement they are pursuing with a unit count, such as the coursework requirement type. Now, stipend track managers can easily view in the "Stipend Progress" tab how many units the participants have completed to this point.
- Updated the QCC Workforce Pathways Report available in the Stipend Management area with the following changes:
- Program Name - This column will now be retrieving the "License Name" of the site that the staff works at.
- License Number - This column will now only be retrieving the CCL License 9 digit value, rather than additionally appending the license number with the license type.
- School Site Name School Based ELC program on school campus - This column will now be retrieving the "Preschool Site" or the "Elementary School Boundary of the Public School District the Site is Located Within" (located in the site's Boundaries information) from the site the staff works at.
- Fixed an issue with the "Generate W-9 Form" action within a Stipend Application for applicants who have provided SSN or FEIN information, and have signed and dated their application.
QIP Enhancements
- Updated the QIP record to ensure that only active sites and/or sessions can be added to the "Organizational Impact and Status" section of the QIP.
- Updated the user interface of the QIP Library to be more user-friendly and cohesive with the Hubbe system. We hope this updated feature serves your team well!
CLASS Enhancements
- We have added a new "Override" action button to each of the domain score averages in the CLASS Pre-K 2nd Edition type only. Now, users can override a domain score whether the cycles are completely scored or have not been scored at all, and mark the CLASS assessment as "Approved" with the overridden scores. Please note that users can clear out the "Override" scores by editing at least one of the cycles scores, which will re-calculate the actual averages again. Any CLASS assessments that are overridden will be marked as such in the CLASS Assessments roll-up grid.
Agency Application Enhancements
- Re-implemented the duplicate CCL number detection tool in the Agency Application after it was reported as missing. Now, if applicants enter the same CCL number as another site in their application or as another site in the Hubbe system, a warning with those details will be displayed beside the CCL entered for the site.
Coaching Enhancements
- Updated the fields and information within the "Create Training Event" pop-up modal when coaches create a Training event from their coaching calendar. Three fields have been removed from this initial modal, including Cost, Location, and Driving Direction. Additionally, we have added the staff's agency name in parentheses following the staff's name in the "Attendees" drop-down list so that coaches may have an easier time identifying which staff to select as attendees for the training event.
- Updated the All Coach Log grids to only show Coach Logs with a "Date of Visit" in the current fiscal year by default, so users initially only see a list of the Coach Logs for the current year. This update followed a report from users in the field that Coach Logs from a previous year were showing up in their grid by default after editing them.
Fixes & Adjustments
- Updated several places in the system where Agency, Site, Session, and Staff names were being translated when users would select to translate their portal into another language other than English, including the CDF Wizard Management grid. We will continue to implement this update across the system in future updates, as well.
- Fixed an issue with the "Excel" export available on the All Sites grid at the county level to ensure that the excel matches the column ordering configured by the user matches the grid in the system.
